Help Problem With Voicemail

Is anyone having issues with there SGS3 voicemail ? I get my voicemails from work sent to my phone & everytime i get one I try to access my password & the screen blinks back & forth from black to the normal screen.
It won't let me punch in my password. Is there a fix out there ?

OK I know what this one is. Its one of the motion features. If you put your phone to your face it blanks the screen so your cheek doesnt press anything on the screen. unfortunately it also blanks the screen if you try to type in a password. When your finger hits the screen it thinks its your cheek and blanks it.

Solution: Hold your phone fully in one hand so your hand is wrapped around the phone normally, then it will think its in your hand and it won't blank the screen when your finger hits it. Keep the phone horizontal as well. Its one or the other that activates it.
