Root Problems Accessing Hidden Menu

Well, as the picture indicates. this is my issue which i have never had on any other androids. Is there a work around or something i need to do in order to access and test certain changes. Let me know if you have the same issuel (Dial Pad--> *#*#4636#*#*--> Phone info)

There seem to be some hidden menus that don't work on this phone or we just don't have the right key combo. So far only the regular hidden menu works...

Thank you, i was attempting to use metro towers to send messages being that the tmobile towers does not allow 5 digit numbers to go through
