Root problems after root. wanting to unroot

so i used motofail to root.
it identified my phone and rooted it and only with a real motorola cable.
droid utility or whatever you call it didnt work.

my speaker is busted and VZW is sending me a new phone, i have to send mine back. so...

i want to unroot the phone so there is no funk from them.

since this is a hardware problem, will they even notice its rooted?
if so how can i unroot without the utility zip? is there any other way?

also after i rooted i deleted...

golf
motocast
slacker radio
blockbuster
netflix
and a few of the "online tv" aps.

after that i get alot of force closes. everytime i have to edit my contacts..force close. my internet will sometimes jus stop. even when i had 4g at the time and it still shows up at the top bar...googleplay, youtube jus cant find service and stops working???

if thats from root. the new phone wont get rooted ;(

I believe the quickest/eastiest way would be to flash the most recent fastboot files available. This will return your phone to the way it was shipped to you. Unrooted, all system apps restored, all personal data erased.

update. i unrooted it. ...then sent it back.
got a new one and rooted it.
but after finding the "what to delete and what not to"
the yahoo autheniciator was the culprit.
all is well.

How did you unroot your Droid 4??I can't find nothing on un-rooting or files? and I need to take it up to Verizon cause I'm having trouble with the touch screen
