problems after upgrading to 4.2.2

after i upgraded my phone to 4.2.2, nothing is working. applications does not open. wifi does not work. cannot do anything with it.

some body please help..

So samsung gave another update after dat 4 stability issues
Hope u hav updated it
N if d prob is still der
Sry to say bt u wld hav to data reset ur phone
hope ur internal memory is empty atleast around 250mb
If not plz clear it

Hi

I recently updated my Galaxy Grand Duos to 4.2.2 and whilst I don't mind the changes, for the most part, there are a couple of changes I'm finding irritating.

1) When typing in the lock code on the lock screen, my phone now vibrates. In 4.1.2 it never used. Now it does.

2) I now seem to get a preview of new text messages appearing on the lock screen. I never used to and don't want them.

How do I change these two things back to the way they were? I have searched the settings over and over and cannot find them.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to do a factory reset the saying spring cleaning . and old data and new data Dont mix try the factory reset and post back .

If I do a factory reset do I not lose the ENTIRE update? I'm okay with the update for the most part, it is just the two little things I mentioned above that I don't like. I don't want to lose the whole update just for those little things, but I would like to get rid of them.

Nahhhhh that's not true if u reset it will only wipe the device data cache

That data and information is for the old software version you need to wipe the old stuff for the correct full performance of your android device

Yes that's so true but those apps are in the play store in the section all my apks
