Over the last month I have been having problems, on a daily basis, making and receiving calls and texts. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 through Sprint. Each day I go through the process of taking my battery out, using the ##72786# code, and calling Sprint techs. Sometimes I do this several times a day. I went to Sprint forums and saw that others are having the same problems, not only in my zip code but also in other areas. I can't get Sprint to admit that others are having the same problems. Also, there are five other people in my home who are on my Sprint plan and they are not experiencing this problem. One time I was chatting with a Sprint agent about this problem and they told me that a tower was having problems in my area and that was the reason I couldn't make or receive calls. Three other people were in my house talking and texting on their phones at the time. Seems a mite fishy to me.
