Root problems re-installing Titanium Backup

Hi
Got a San Francisco that had SD card problem so had to reformat SD card. The Titanium backup I had bought no longer worked so tried un-installing and re-installing using my apps in Market.
Appears to re-install ok but can

if uv got a card reader on ur comp then install it thru that,just d/l it from a torrent site

Thanks for the suggestion. I've now managed to redownload from the apps store.
