Problems setting up ST APN on an unlocked gsm Samsung GalaxyS3

[Android Question]

I just purchased an unlocked gsm Samsung Galaxy 3. I followed ST directions for setting up APN settings. I still cannot access the web or send MMS. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help in advance
