Have droid RAZR Max phone slow or not working takes long time for apps to load or won't load and will say not responding sometimes phone will say an app is not responding when have not even been using that app was wondering if need to do factory reset or any other opposition thanks

Thanks so much for joining the community. It would seem that you might hold a rogue application installed that might be causing the problem. A factory reset should fix things back to its normal working conditions.
