problems uploading pics to facebook from galaxy ace

hi i'm sorry if this question has been asked before.

This problem has been driving me nuts for a week, i've tryed looking on the net to fix the problem but have'nt found anything so any help would be much apprieciated. When i try to upload a picture from my gallery to facebook everything is fine it all goes through, the problem is when anyone trys to comment on it, it wont allow it, it comes up with the following message:The page you requested cannot be displayed at the moment it may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may be broken or expired or you may not have permission to view this page. If i turn my phone off then on i can comment but still no one else can I've looked at my facebook and phone setting and can't figure it out please help

check your facebook privacy and sharing policy and also check if the photos you uploaded are shared publicly or at lease with the one who is trying to comment on it.
