problems with htc sync

hi, i am using htc sync and when i am transferring music from my pc to my fone, each time i try the music keeps on replacing one another. for eg. i transferred album 1 and when i transfer album 2, album 1 is no longer there and 2 is there. this thing keeps coming up and saying sd card is unavailable because it is being used by a usb storage. disconnet usb to access sd.
please help

Hello lauren, welcome to Android Forums. You will likely have better luck transferring music by having your phone emulate a mass storage device and then simply connect phone to PC and copy your files onto your sd card using your PC's local browser. For exact details I would suggest finding your phone in this list and clicking into that area. The good users in that area own your phone and will be best to assist.
