As well as the reset button on the back of the Meep, can you also try rebooting the Meep (turning it fully off then back on again) a few times? If neither of these resolve it, then it falls under hardware issues- i.e. something we can't resolve remotely. If you can't get past the loading circle with rebooting either, please contact your local call center for assistance as a hardware issue.
