Problems with Photos

Hi there
The phones memory is nearly full I'm trying to copy photos from the Internal memory to the laptop it seems to do it but when I try to view the photo on there the Icon is blank no picture in the thumbnail and errors it doesn't know how to display it sometimes the picture icons are blue
 
Does your phone have an SD card?
Maybe it will be easier to put the files onto an SD card, then connect the SD card to the laptop with a card reader or an adapter.
