Problems with playlist sorting

So I just recently ran into a problem that causes the playlists from my iTunes (sorted by Album by Artist/Year) to sort weirdly on my music player (I use PowerAmp, but have tested it on the stock player and bTunes as well). It was working perfectly fine until a few weeks ago, but now it seems like all the music I had prior to this problem are in order, but everything else I've added since then is just tacked on at the end. Anybody know a solution to this? Could it be iTunes' incompatibility with Android?

EDIT: After exporting my playlists as .txt files and opening them in notepad, it seems like an issue in iTunes. I guess I'll head over to Apple for this one.
