Help Problems with Setting Up Phone

Can someone please help, for some reason my phone(Xperia X10a) will not allow me to setup internet connection. If I Tap Wireless controls > Mobile networks-- Auto Internet Settings is not available to "Tap". I have the same problem with Network Mode(it's not available). I would appreciate any help in this matter.

If you are looking to use 3G, then just turn on Data in your Mobile networks settings. The missing menu options you mentioned are sometimes removed by some carriers; I know Rogers removed them in their ROMs.
