probox2 ex

hi i have a predicament due to the fact that I got a new probox2 ex today and after trying different things with xmbc, fusion, total installer etc on it i need to reset it back to factory settings. it won't install from zip file on a few add ons and id like to start from the beginning again.
any suggestions

ok i managed to reset it and installed fusion, total installer, xfinity and super repo.
Genesis only plays latest movies and nothing else in Genesis works when clicked on.
any suggestions?
