Help procces.com.phone. has stopped working??! please help

Hi guys! I have ran into a problem with my one plus its about 4 months old and is working perfectly! Now all of a sudden the my msgs isn't working! Its not even my phone haha but it comes when I open my msgs “Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped" I continued to report, I have cleared the cache, forced closed, unsynced fb and other stuff deleted the data but nothing works! I really want factory reset as the last resort as I don't really know how to save contacts etc - ty for reading Tom
