Can you uninstall that? What apps do you have on your phone? Maybe one is conflicting with it. If nothing else, a hard reset should do the trick, but I think we should see what's running on your phone first.
I had tried a Hard Reset to stock settings. I did not install or do anything and tried to do a voice call. It happens right away. Do I need to update my software on the phone?
