Profile picture won't show that it's changed

One of my accounts' profile picture for some reason never updates, it gets annoying. My other accounts' usually do update in a few days.

You said "one of your accounts". How are we supposed to help without knowing which one? We don't need to know the account credentials, but is it a google account? a Microsoft Account? Your frequent diners card at KFC?

Okay, and where is the profile picture NOT updating? I've discovered that when changing a profile account photo you have to update your contact info for yourself as well as updating the account photo on the device for it to change everywhere.

Well I use my tablet to do it, but I also use my tablet to update my other accounts' one, and they work fine.

It shouldn't matter what device you use to change the picture. It also doesn't matter if other accounts work. You didn't answer my question, either.

Not sure if will work the same for you, but here's where I change it on my phone.

Open the Gmail app. Tap on the menu button (Three bars in the upper left) and scroll all the way down to settings. Then tap on the gmail account you want to change the picture for, then tap on "My Account" and you should see the option to update the profile photo.

I forgot all about the Prisma selfie thread. I had lost that pic with the old S5. Got it back now.
