promblem w my phone

i have called metro 5 times and they couldnt help me data usage warning keep showing up and some time it make my phone warm how do it keep it off or how do i git it off

It sounds like you have a runaway app eating up your battery and mobile data. You can try rebooting first. If that doesn't work, install an app that tracks usage. Many battery usage tracking apps will also track mobile data usage, since mobile data eats up battery charge. These two apps have helped me in the past:
