Help Promblems accessing NEW Asus Transformer Prime

I picked up a new ASUS Transformer Prime today, updated the firmware to ICS, and entered a personal pin number. I know the pin I entered is correct (got to enter it twice and its a number I use everyday). Anyway, now the tablet will not accept it after a reboot. Any suggestions? Is there a way to do a hard reboot?

There is a factory reset switch. It's a hole on one of the sides. Download the manual from Asus and it will show you which one.
