Promo codes?

I have called VZW CSR 4 times trying to find some promo I qualify for on a new phone. They say there is nothing out there for my number but I will get the 2-year contract pricing.

3G to 4G LTE upgrade "CH4GE": does not show up for my phone
Customer Loyalty: No $50 discount

No other discount or anything.

Does anyone have an idea of a number to contact? I gotta get something for being a 12 year customer.

Your doing it wrong. You basically have to tell them that your thinking of canceling and porting to a competitor. See what they offer to keep you as a customer. This doesn't work for everybody, but you'll soon see just how much (or little) they value your business.
