Help Promoting an app as an "offer" in other apps

Hi,
I was wondering, lets assume I have my own app and I just submitted it into the Play Store, how do I get it to show up in other apps as an offer for Download = points?

By "other apps" I presume you mean ones with ads in them, and you want your app to show up in them? Get in contact with someone like AdMob(Google) I think.
