Promotion Tips For New Android Wallpaper App

Hi Android Forums.
I'm new here and seems like it the forums are full of Android Experts.
So, I presumed that there'd be experienced Developers here too.

I have a Wallpaper App -

It is a Typography Minimal Wallpapers App.

I have tried Adwords. It's nice and cheap. But the results were not that great.

I also tried other services like CPIMOBI but their premium plans are really expensive.

So, Can someone tell me some good promotion Tips if you guys have any.

Not a promotion tip... but many people will avoid an app that does not have a clear, comprehensive privacy policy.
