psx4droid mac help?

So the tutorial on XDA for setting up games for this mention an ECM or something for converting the rom file types. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find one of these compatible with my Mac. So...what program can I use on my Mac to convert the file types of the games to a file type compatible with the psx4droid?

Obviously choose the 'GUI Port for Mac OS X' option.

I went there and when I downloaded the GUI port for Mac, it downloaded a .sit file that just opened up a text document...idk how I am supposed to convert files with that.

I have the same problem, the gui port opens in word and doesnt do anything, nobody seems to explain what you do with a mac anywhere!
