We recently purchased an HP Slate for a wall calendar at the church I attend. We would like to have a calendar that would do is one of two things:
1) Have the calendars displayed (we would have three or four different ones to choose from) and let our members see what is going on by pressing on the date, but not be able to make changes.
2) Same as above but have the members be able to submit calendar requests, but have the church office approve the item before appearing on the calendar.
So as an example, we would show the church bus calendar. I would like to be able to see all the days it's already being used. If I could then put in the day I need to take it to a camp while standing at the station that would be great, but the office would need to approve it.
Anyone know of an app that would allow this? I don't think it would be difficult to do the first with just a google calendar and no app, but the second part would be very nice.
