Im a total newbie on the andriod platform and its application purchasing so I have a few questions..
1.) Are purchased applications bound to some kind of app market account or on the IMEI of the mobile phone
2.) If its bound to the phone, what if by bad luck your phone gets damaged and the entire handset is replaced, would there be any way to get your purchased apps again?
3.) I live in a Country thats probably not supported in purchasing applications, is there any way around this ? ( Philippines )
