I had to reformat my HTC EVo and although most of the apps I paid for are in the market for me to redownload for free, some aren't...

How do I go about fixing this without purchasing them AGAIN?!

1. Contact the developer
2. Make sure they are available for the version of Android you have if it has change in the meantime.
