Purchased Swiftkey, having issues

I have now purchased SwiftKey but in the Market it says "Authorising...". It's been in that state for several hours now. I've cancelled the purchase and got a refund. I then deleted the Swiftkey folder on my phone and restarted the phone. I then purchased it again, but still have the same problem. Any ideas?

Hmm it's downloaded now after a few hours delay, is this normal when buying apps?

When purchasing/downloading from the Market, it is normally instant. Maybe their servers were having issues. Sounds like a one-off but it happens again I would send an emai.
