Pure messenger widgit

Is this application supposed to stay empty? mine is blank all the time. and is there a application out there that you can track other people's cell location? like your kids off friends?

I cannot comment on pure messanger.

Google latitude, which is built into google maps will allow you to follow peoples location. Both partys will need to have it running.

By running do you mean open? I thought that if gps was on so is that.

Instamapper (InstaMapper - Free Real-Time GPS Tracking), a free program and web site, shows a cell phone's position, speed and the last 100 points, up top the minute; it has to be installed on a phone with a GPS service active. The position can be tracked both on another phone or on their Web site.

If it's blank, it means you didn't configure it to display the accounts that you want. Remove the widget from your home screen, add it again, and carefully work through the configuration menu that you're given. Be sure to click the save button at the bottom of the configuration menu.

i tried that and still nothing. Scratch that now it only shows email.
