As Hadron suggested above, pull down the notification bar and long-press the notification when it appears. It should tell you the app of origin.

Well the fact that it's on your phone is different: most questions we get about heart-shaped icons are someone who has spotted it on their partner's phone

The trouble is that a heart-shaped icon is extremely generic, though the word "love" is unusual (and probably rules out fitness apps). I don't suppose you've any app on the phone with the word "love" in the name? I considered dating apps, some social media thing, or even ITV's "Love Island" app, but there are so many heart icons out there that unless someone has seen that precise one it's very hard to track down.
