Push Notification

Hello guys,
Please I need help on a project, I have developed an app with php MySQL database. I then use WebView to compile the url in android studio into a mobile app. However I need help to send notification anytime a message is sent to a user.
It is actually a chatting app.

You're most likely to get help with your problem by posting on our Android Development board. That's where your fellow app developers hang out.

When you post, please be very specific. For example, state which version of Android Studio you're using, what platform you're on [Linux, Mac, etc.], and so on. The more info you provide, the better they'll be able to help.
