Pushpin all of a sudden appeared in my messaging app on 1 contact only...

So out of nowhere I push pin is stuck to my contact on my messaging but only one I long press to try to remove and no luck has anybody have any idea why and what this is is it a spying app I know everybody's talking about being hacked or what not but I have a boyfriend who is always doingecret things
