put in bigger sd card but having problems

I put in an 8 GB micro card tonite but can't move apps to the SD card. I see the option but it is not clickable.

I am trying to move apps from the internal storage to the SD card.

My 15 year old who had the same phone told me to goggle it. Gotta love teens.
