No you can not.
You can, however, install a mp3 music player app onto your phone along with your music files.

Why bother? Remove or disable apps you don't use, install your favourite music player, fill your home screen with a player widget from it. Job done.
Anyway, the answer is no. Even if you could get a system image for a music player the hardware is different so it wouldn't work.
