Putting zune files on samsung captivate?

Ok, this might be a stupid question that shows a lack of technical prowess but how can i put music from zune onto my phone? CDs that I ripped with media player work fine but whatever I ripped with zune I can't figure out how to put on there.

I haven't actually used my zune in years but I got used to the player on the computer so that's what I continue to use. I know theres an easier way than re-ripping everything but I have been toying with deleting the zune stuff anyway and just putting my most listened to music back on the computer to free up space but am not 100% sure I want to do that.

All of the music you have should be in a folder named Zune if you used the auto-configuration when you installed the Zune player. Then you can drag and drop the files to the phone.

Bingo. I thought there was a zune file but I just skipped over it the first time I guess. Thanks
