ROMs Q:1.Flash Custom Rom loses my language?

Hello,

I have the Samsung galaxy s Phone and i want to overclock it.
with my current locked rom i cant go past 1000hrz. i rooted my phone but after installing evry overclocked software there is, i realized that i need a custom rom.

my Q is, my phone has build in hebrew in it, i got it from my mobile provider in israel. if i flash a new rom will i los my hebrew language?

I think that you will still have the language packs installed... i can not confirm this because i only use english and that is what mostly ass developers use as it is an universal language.
