Are windows fastboot drivers device specific? I'm trying to use AIO Flasher with my pantech p9060 in fastboot mode but the software just doesn't detect my phon
 
You can try the Universal Windows ADB Driver package from ClockworkMod's developer Koush, It's a complete development package of drivers from almost every hardware maker that is easy to install and remove if needed.
