[Q] Best text editor? -Tablet-

So ive got this 10.2" android tablet, and I wanna use it to take my notes at college as I lose sheets fast. Something like word or along those lines would be nice as I plan to use the keyboard for half the time. For the other half I was hoping to find an app rather like a Droid notepad, something to doodle on with the stylus, however it would need to have a lined option, and a way to save files as a .doc .pdf or even .jpg could work.
Any ideas?

Don't have an answer for you, but I'd be interested in suggestions as well. Text Edit that I use on my DroidX is a mini-version on my Xoom.
