(Q) Lollipop port or even kit Kat?

Is there any chance of a CM port for this phone? Please tell me it can and will happen. It should have happened years ago...
How do I go about creating CM port for this phone.
The fact that this phone has been looked over is gross. It's sister phone has full support.
Wtf is up?
