Root [Q] Motorola Razr i (xt890) Root

Hey,

I have recently purchased a Razr i and have since noticed I cannot move games from the internal storage to my external SD card. This kind of defeats the purpose of me buying the SD card and I have looked around and it seems that rooting the phone is the best solution for this issue. So I was just wondering what the easiest way to root my phone is and what steps are required. While I have looked at many threads explaining this I am completely new to this process so piecing together each step can be challenging. So any links to easy to understand guides or full tutorials or any other similar help would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to move this to the RAZR all things root sub forum to get you better help. I do now that the RAZR and the RAZR I are different so keep that in mind if you find a root method.

I am thinking the best thing to do here is to move this thread into the "All Things Root" forum for the Razr I.
I do see that is it quite dead in there, but if others come around with this device, they can at least see there is a root process for it.
