I drive for Uber and now that I have this wireless car charger (had to get it cause of reasons) my Google map navigation will suddenly go dark so the phone can tell me that it has detected a wireless charger, and display a nice little animated graphic of how much of my battery is charged. This often happens when I'm approaching some convoluted section of freeway or some other vital moment in navigation. This happens at random after the phone had already been charging for a while. Is there any way to turn off this screen changing effect?
