Qi wireless charging

Hi to someone who can help!

I have just received a Qi Cheotech Staduim wireless charger for my LG G2 and after trying about three different USB plugs to connect it to the mains, (one is definitely a 2.1 amp unit) I'm getting zilch.

Has anyone managed to get the G2 to work with one of these units? ..........If yes how???????

OK. Of all the G2 variants out there for the various carriers and countries, only the Verizon G2 has built-in Qi wireless charging support.

In non-technical terms (because I'm not technical), a device must have a compatible (in this case, Qi) receiving coil in order to recieve the juice from your wireless charging pad, and only the Verizon variant has the coil built-in. You can get a universal Type A coil from Amazon or eBay for only a few dollars but you will 1) lose your micro-usb port and 2) have to use a cover/case of some sort because the G2's back cover is not designed to be removable.

Thanks to all for the advice

I believe that there is a case for the LG G2 to enable Qi charging. I have searched Amazon but there is no records of it.....anyone know where I can buy one from?
