I'm looking if there is an app available that can decode a QR code from a file that is on your android phone. Also is there an app that can generate a QR code straight from your phone?

I really wish an app that can scan Bar codes would add to scan from file.

Not what i'm looking for. Loooking for one that i can convert text to a QR code, or one that I can scan a QR code from an image saved on my phone.

No worries. App Referrer is great and the easiest way to share apps with friends so they don't have search the market for ir. Glad I could help in some way.
