QTT ANDROID TV BOX

Hi i have got an QTT android box which keeps defaulting back to the home screen after 10 seconds even if it still on the home screen (it goes black then back after 10 secs) once you go into an app (Kodi) this does nothappen anyone help?

Have you tried restarting and resetting it?

Yeah tried that it only does it on the home screen and the favorites screen once actually in an app like kodi or showbox it doesnt do it

Sounds like it's faulty then, and should be returned for replacement or refund, if it's under warranty.
