Quad core connection

I am trying to get my quad core Android5.1 to connect to my internet data 3g, but it's not working.. it shows my 3g up top by my battery icon
But when I load Google it says your off line, what am I doing wrong? Please help

Keep in mind 3G connectivity isn't optimal, 4G/LTE gives you much better connectivity but regardless, if you're not connecting at all there's something going on with your mobile data connection. As long as there's no outstanding billing issues with your carrier and you're not out in a remote location that's out of range of the closest cellular tower, the most basic thing to try is just reboot your phone. You can just restart it, or you might also want to try powering it off and then just re-seat your SIM card before starting it back up again.

I have tried rebooting it doesn't work, I've also tried replacing the sim card in slot 2 It's don't work, nor placing it into slot 1 works.. it detects it into slot 2, I have a 3g showing up top, but it's still will not connect on my internet data, I just baught the sim card kit the other day,

OK, so assuming that you've got at least some connectivity to your carrier seeing that there is a 3G icon up in your Notification bar then getting back to you're not connected, you initially stated that saw some kind of '... off line ...' message.
Also, was that in your browser window? Or was it showing up in some other online services app? What else did you do to actually confirm you're phone isn't getting any kind of connectivity to your carrier's network or if it was a problem with just that app? If you did try some other app that requires online access like Youtube or some music streaming app, did that also have a problem getting connected?

Yes the 3g is showing, but still cannot use my internet data. Every website I try says no connection and offline, I've tried changing my apns on the access point names and rebooting.. nothing works,

You refer only to various websites indicating that you're still only using your phone's web browser but the browser is not the only app that requires online access. If the web browser app itself is the problem, leaving the question of do all all apps have a problem getting online access (indicating there's a mobile data issue) or is this just a browser problem.
Please try using something like the Youtube app or the Play Store app and see other apps also cannot get online.
Another thing to try if you have WiFi at home is to see if your connectivity problems also occur while connected to WiFi, or go to some place like a library or appropriate restaurant that has public WiFi.

Or the carrier may have discontinued CDMA, or gsm Devices from connecting to their new 4G/5G Networks MPCS has done it a few years ago with CDMA Devices

I don't have WiFi at home, but it's does work at public hot spots like McDonald's, I believe that my Apn settings are wrong, I purchased a sim kit the other day that has 3 sim cards in it, at&t, t-mobile, and Verizon.. I am using at&t sim card.. my phone is a quad core 6.0 smartphone Android5.1..
I've tried youtube, Google play, Facebook.. nothing loads just keep saying your offline, :(

Does this SIM kit you purchased include some pre-paid services or do you already have some kind of contracted account with AT&T to use their service?
