Qualcomm Bluetooth help...????

I have an Asus Haswell MB with a Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.0 + HS chip on board.

My problem is that it will not pair up with my N5.
It will go through the pairing process with the correct pairing code, but than it will fail. Hmmm.

Any ideas will be helpful.

Okay, I spoke to soon..

Enabling Bluetooth HCI snoop > via > Developer options was not checked .
Checking the option fixes the issue.
