Question about 2.2

I did the manual install on my Droid and was wondering if it would be better for me to uninstall my download and let the ota do it's thing or is it just the same as the ota?

You cant uninstall the update. Its on there for good. The only thing you can do is update the phone with future updates.

Technically I can, because my update was manually installed much in the same way you root it. It's just a file saved under my ASTRO file manager program and manually installed by accesing the root programs list. So should I get the actual OTA update? Or is mine fine as is, as in the warranty won't be voided, etc...?
