Help Question about deleting recurring calendar events

When I go to delete a recurring event in my calendar, how can I only delete the one I click on and not delete all the future events too. When trying to delete it, my options are to delete "This & future events" or "all events". Thanks.

I'm still running 2.1. I just set up an event that repeated three days in a row and tried to delete the middle one. I get three choices on the phone: Only this event, This & future events, All events. Not sure why you are only getting two.

No I don't get the "only this event" option, which is the one I want.

I just realized that the option to delete only 1 event is now available. This option must have been made available after downloading 2.2.
