How to I clear recent history when using google maps?

Go to settings then maps history. There you can remove the destinations you wish.

Recent history for maps. So when you go under google maps and click on the magnifying glass it'll list recent history. I want that gone.

If you find Google Maps under Settings / Apps, open that up and clear app data. It'll erase all of the app cache and it will be clean clean!
