Question about how to get Google Talk

I have seen that when you go to Google and run it in full site it will give you the option for Google talk But I saw a the new video of 3.0 On Tablets and they have Video chat with Google talk Iam very sure we dont have to wait for 2.3 or higher and that we have it available now on 2.2 right.

Because when I go to Google Talk it only gives me the option of texting. And the other I dont understand it only give me to contacts to speak with instead of all the other contacts I should I have.

I don't think the gtalk with video is out yet and probably won't be for a little while.

As for your contact question, are you asking while only your gtalk friends are in there and not everyone on your phones contact list?

Ok great any idea when its going to be released.

And yeah people on my contact list didnt show up but I was saying not everyone in Gmail contacts showed up only two people.
